Cosmic Hex strives to archive and present material that is considered 'lost' or unavailable for purchase or rent. We work primarily with material that is at least 15 years old, much of which we feel will never be released or available again through normal channels of distribution.

The files contained on CosmicHex.com are created and strictly intended for viewing by and for enthusiasts and we do not authorize the sale and or trade of any files we post. Cosmic Hex takes great care in finding and presenting material that, to the best of our knowledge, is copyright free and/or unavailable in any other format within the United States.

Anyone who views our site and feels something posted to be in direct violation of current filed copyrights should let us know pronto and we will rectify the situation by removing the files IMMEDIATELY. While Cosmic Hex feels that forgotten works have an audience and deserve to be seen instead of meeting with atrophy and decay, we have no desire to infringe on any artists creative works and/or profits.

We heartily encourage the restoration and presentation of obscure films or TV shows in professional formats such as DVD with all rights reserved so that deserving artists who have poured their time, money, heart and soul into making a creative statement can continue to reap the rewards (financial or otherwise) due to them. Anytime something we have currently posted becomes slated for professional distribution, we will pull the files immediately.

We will also gladly buy the DVDs when they become available...
